What we’re looking for

As a general manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the juice & coffee shop, as a confident and reliable manager who thrives in a varied front and back of house role. Leading by example, you will ensure the team delivers excellent customer service while maintaining high standards in food and drink preparation. You’ll manage a small team of 12 including; full, part-time and casuals.

Your experience:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Manager or Leader in a hospitality environment

• 4+ years’ experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role

• Experience preparing food and drinks in a fast-paced environment

 

What You’ll Do

• Be responsible for accurate stock levels & ordering from suppliers

• Manage & publish rotas, holidays & cover using the rota system

• Complete weekly management sales & budget reports

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile

• Manage the team, overseeing the daily operations & service

• Oversee food and drink preparation, including; coffee, juices, smoothies, bagels

• Lead the team training & development programme
