Hi, I'm Greg Gabriel, Founder & Director of The Mixing Jug.
I started The Mixing Jug in 2014 on a mission to bring better quality & healthier food & drinks to events. Since then the business has grown to multiple outlets, employing up to 50 seasonal staff with experience of over 100 major events across the UK.
We have worked with the F1, BBC Proms in the Park, Latitude, Isle of Wight Festival, Goodwood, Countryfile and The London Marathon. We were featured in NCASS Catering Magazine. We are well known for high-quality, fast service, Vegan-friendly, fresh approach to Event Catering.
I believe whole-heartedly in working with a strong sense of ethics and being transparent and honest, always doing the right thing and best for our customers and event partners.
I have a "Do it properly, or don't do it at all" attitude towards business and this is how The Mixing Jug operates. We pay our team fairly through a formal HMRC & Pensions Compliant Payroll, have a 5* FSA Hygiene Rating, and we're members of NCASS & The Rainforest Alliance and spare no cost on meticulously maintaining our equipment.
I take pride in our processes, outlets, produce and service and I believe this comes across in the great feedback we receive from everyone we work with.
With a passion for helping others, we have launched both a Franchise opportunity and Training devision of the business, so we can share the knowledge and experience with others in Event Catering. (Something I wish I had back when we began in 2014!)
Outside of running The Mixing Jug I am a Young Enterprise business mentor and part of a mentorship group with a global company. I'm also passionate about good nutrition, healthy living and having a positive attitude.
