Tailored approach

1. Consultancy:
We get to understand what you want to achieve in a kick-off meeting. From this, we create a simple, bespoke proposal including full costings for your tailored solution.
2. Feedback and development
Taking feedback from the initial proposal, we make any amends before progressing to development.
3. R&D
Here we get hands-on and creative; ordering in specialist ingredients where required, developing physical samples of the end product, and sharing samples & imagery.
4. Finalisation
Again, consulting with you, once happy with the product proposal, we finalise the project with you.
5. Execution
We work closely with you throughout the planning and execution of the project, remaining flexible to any changes and following through on the detailed plan.

Case Study

We worked closely with River Island's brand consultants on the 'Love my Peach', jeans launch campaign.
The project was planned out in a matter of weeks, we had to pull out all the stops to deliver without cutting any corners.
We started by understanding the aim of the project & the target audience, followed by creating a bespoke peach base smoothie recipe "Peachy Keen", which we colour-matched to a Pantone reference provided by the client.
As an unprecedented project, the expected consumer uptake was unknown, so we provided a flexible package allowing for fluctuations in demand over the event ensuring no potential customers were missed.
We included the client on our internal briefing calls, giving complete transparency to our operation.
One of the biggest challenges of this project was the three locations; London, Manchester & Liverpool running back-to-back. We decided to cover this with two separate teams, one in London whilst our second team travelled to Manchester & Liverpool.
Our team, acting as additional brand ambassadors also wore client-branded uniforms.
Public uptake was strong and we successfully delivered upwards of 2,500 smoothies over the weekend. A successful outcome for our client and the brand. "Peachy!"
Case Study

'Run for the Oceans' at ASOS London HQ, an event pro-actively supporting cleaner oceans & coastlines.
The brand was looking for two smoothies that achieved three goals; incorporated ingredients from the ocean, an ocean-themed appearance, and importantly tasting great.
We ran with this brief and created two new unique and tasty smoothie recipes, 'Deep Blue' and 'Ocean Spray'.
Deep blue incorporated the superfood Spirulina which is derived from algae, we then topped them with coconut shreds for a beachy feel, balanced with sweet banana and plant-based mylk. Our second super-green smoothie was based around one of our popular award-winning festival smoothie recipes.
All smoothies were made on-site at ASOS HQ by our dedicated team using our own supplied commercial equipment and ingredients.
Considering allergens, we kept nut products to one of the smoothies and the other nut-free. All products were 100% Vegan and gluten-free.
0 waste was one of the core aims of the event. to achieve this we served the smoothies in reusable glasses and using precise calculations, avoided any wasted over-stock.
