The Mixing Jug is a vibrant juice & coffee shop in the heart of Marlow, bringing energy and healthy living to our community. With over a decade of experience serving customers at the UK’s top festivals and events, we’re building a standout team in Marlow. We’re now looking to grow our online content and showcase our food, drinks and personality in a new way.

What we’re looking for:
As a Marketing & Content Creator, you’ll be a creative and driven individual with a passion for storytelling and a talent for producing high-quality content. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing content across platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, including photography, video production, and both short- and long-form content.

Your experience:
• Proven experience creating and editing photo and video content for social media platforms
• Skilled in using content creation tools
• Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience in managing YouTube and Instagram channels
What you’ll Do
• Create high-quality photo and video content that aligns with our brand’s voice and vision
• Develop and implement content strategies for YouTube and Instagram
• Produce short-form content (e.g., Reels, Stories) and long-form content (e.g., vlogs, tutorials)
• Edit and enhance video footage to create engaging and polished final products
• Plan and execute content shoots, including styling and setup
• Monitor analytics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns
