Pay: £11.50 - £12.82 p/h (Depending on experience)

What we’re looking for

As a Team Leader, you’ll be a confident and reliable motivator who thrives in a hands-on role. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service while maintaining high standards in food and drink preparation.

Your experience:

  • 2+ years in hospitality or a customer-facing role, ideally hospitality

  • Experience preparing food and drinks in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food hygiene (FH Level 2 certificate is a bonus)

 

What you’ll do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile

  • Lead the daily setup and close-down of equipment (e.g., coffee machines, juicers)

  • Oversee food and drink preparation, including; coffee, juices, smoothies, bagels

  • Maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the day

  • Support and train team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Serve and clear tables, keeping the venue clean and inviting

  • Oversee accurate record & report keeping, labelling & break planning
