Supervisor (Part-Time) - Barista / Front of House

At The Mixing Jug, we’re building a fast-paced juice & coffee bar in the heart of Marlow and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Team Leader to help drive standards and support the team on shift.

The role

• Lead shifts and take ownership of day-to-day operations

• Set the standard for customer service and team performance

• Support, guide, and motivate team members during service

• Oversee preparation of coffee, juices, smoothies, and food

• Keep the shop running smoothly during busy periods

• Take responsibility for opening / closing procedures

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene

You’re:

• Confident leading by example on shift

• Reliable and accountable (this matters a lot)

• A strong communicator who supports and motivates others

• Quick to take initiative and solve problems

• Calm and organised in a busy environment

 

Hospitality experience helps but isn’t essential.
